They are so in demand that they were booked solid. Yet, they were able to work us in for a needed oil change. We left the Suburban with them and they were able to get to it a day ahead of what we anticipated. Jeff Schaffer gave great service. Also, Thad helped me with my MyChverolet app and I appreciated the GMC generated coupon.

Telephoned David and told him I was looking for a 2026 Terrain Elevation. Gave him the options and color. He ordered a car for me, called when he received it and it was delivered to me. Can't get any better service than this!

The staff wasn't friendly at all...except for the cashier! The mechanics didn't tell me anything about my vehicle and told me I had to tell them what light was on. I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Worst experience I have every dealt with in my life after getting my truck back from the bodyshop completely botched up and the value diminished. Truly thought having a chevy truck the people would care more about making sure our truck was back to pre existing condition especially having 2 brand new truck we alway's have serviced there

The Prothro team was quick and efficient with the buying process. Once that was complete, they took their time and went over the vehicle and its features. They even helped us connect our phones and connect with OnStar. We have worked with Prothro in the past but we moved to Charlotte. It is over 2-hours away but we live the people and service we receive from Prothro.

I was on a trip from northern New York to Hilton Head. Got off highway in manning SC and heard a belt squealing on my Chevrolet pick up. Looked under hood and found anti-freeze leaking from my water pump. Searched for Chevrolet dealer. Prothro was just down the road. Called and talked to Justin in service. Very helpful and understanding young man. Checked on part availability and appointment availability. I left my truck with them and continued on my trip. They promptly repaired it and I picked it up on my return. Everything was in good working order. Thank you.

I went for my “complimentary” oil change and tire rotation . I had uneven air pressure when I dropped off my truck, 31,31 on the front and 41,33 on the back and they rotated the tires. However the front tires had 37,41 the back 37,36. If they would’ve bled them out to manufacturer specs I would’ve given a 5.
